Ok, Hear Me Out…or listen up?
I am the new co-host on a podcast! The podcast is going into its 3rd season! There was an incredible co-host that was on the first 2 seasons but has decided to move on to other things in her life.
This podcast will release weekly every Tuesday morning at 3am EST. Now who would release a podcast at 3am??? Well, it is no other than Bill Dippel with Bill Dippel Strengths Coaching. At a recent coaching conference we got to talking (like all good Woo people do) and came to the conclusion that we would give it a shot. So here we are!
The podcast is called “Strengths on Fire - The Lab”. This season we are having some fun and exploring strengths in a fun and creative way! Here are some things you’ll hear on the podcast -
Strengths Court -- We’ll put a familiar workplace belief on trial - such as “Woo is fake networking,” “Harmony avoids conflict,” or “You should fix your weaknesses.” One of us will prosecute, the other will defend, and our guest may serve as our expert witness. Together, we’ll examine the evidence and reach a final verdict.
Strengths vs. Reality - Our guest will bring us a compelling real-life story: a conflict, surprising breakthrough, leadership challenge, coaching moment, or situation that did not go as planned. We’ll explore what happened, which strengths were at work, and what others can learn from it.
Blind Strengths - Our guest will keep their strengths a secret from us! We’ll interview them, make our predictions, and then they reveal their actual results. Our listeners will be guessing along with us.
The Strengths Experiment - We may design or discuss a real-world strengths experiment—something playful, practical, or slightly ridiculous. We’ll explore what was tested, what worked, what failed, and what surprised everyone.
Strengths on Fire: Unfiltered - This is where we have the conversations people do not always have publicly: when strengths coaching fails, when themes become excuses, when organizations misuse Gallup, toxic positivity, misunderstood reports, and myths the strengths community needs to challenge. Honest disagreement is welcome.

Have I mentioned I am incredibly excited about this?? I have always loved the idea of having a podcast but never have had the will power to care about the logistics of making it happen! Bill is FABULOUS about the details!
